Project Description
A new 20,172sqft competitively bid project with final value of $7,998,335. RHCI self-performed all the concrete, framing, and finish carpentry on this project. The main entry of the building includes a two and a half story tall concrete tower with custom steel sign art. The Rural Health Building is located in Yreka California which was a considerable distance for the subs to travel. The weather is extremely cold during winter months causing labor to be scheduled for maximum results. Despite delays caused by negotiations with the City and owner the project was completed ahead of schedule.
